Top Cleaning Service in Westchester County with 15 years serving the Tri-State Area, has a position avaibable for Part Time Customer Serice Representative.
The ideal candidate should have the following qualities and abilities:
- Duties include receiving and placing telephone calls
- Maintains solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
- Performs data entry using MS Office
- Research skills to troubleshoot customer problems
- Excellent communication abilities are essential.
- Computer Skills: MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Language Skills: Bilingual Preferable - English Spanish
- School: H.S Diploma, Enrolled in College
